Peas, peas and more peas

Despite my mother-in-law's best attempts to thwart my attempts at using my original companion planting techniques to grow peas, it looks like the clover has won through and we may end up with a pretty good crop.  I thought I'd go and pick a few for tea this afternoon and quarter of an hour later had more than enough for not just tonight's tea, but tea for the next week!  Fortunately they are all the really sweet ones that you can eat in the shell of so I don't need to actually remove them from the pods.  Perhaps I'll convince the kids that top and tailing them is great fun and they can help me....... although they seem to be able to see through those stories lately!  Perhaps bribery would work better.....
